Yes, we kindly offer a 1-year warranty on labor only. If anything breaks or gets damaged due to our work, then we will gladly repair it, free of charge. Once the 1-year time frame has passed, then we will have to charge you depending on the severity of the repair. The more labor it requires the more expensive it will be and vice versa.
How Does The Guaranty on Labor Work?
We understand your concern about companies trying to be clever with their wording. So we compiled a list of situations categorized as “covered” and “not covered”. This will hopefully help you in understanding whether your specific situation falls within the scope of our warranty.
Important: Even if you fit the requirements under the “covered” section, but a year has passed since your finished construction project, then we must charge a fee for any and all repairs.
Covered
✅Faulty Installations
Ex: Water heater leaks or breaks due to poor installation
✅Workmanship Errors
Ex: Incorrect personalized final touches or mistaken measurements for material | Making an error in your project
✅Natural Decay/Damage
Ex: Your sink forming a small crack near the caulking.
Note: The cracks near the caulk are extremely common and occur without you being responsible for them. So long as the damage occurred naturally with no outside influence, we got you covered.
Not Covered
❌Faulty Destruction
Ex: You caused damage to your deck or walls by dropping something heavy.
❌Interior & Exterior Painting Services
Ex: All repainting services are not covered by the 1-year guarantee on labor
❌Client Product Choice
Ex: You choose a brand with poor quality which is the cause of the damage
Note: We will always recommend the best quality for your project, but if you decide to change something due to personal preference and it breaks, it is not covered in the warranty, even if it’s within the 1-year mark.
