Yes, after we finish our services we provide maintenance work for every single service we offer. Costs will vary depending on the load/labor it takes to finish the work. So the more labor the more expensive, the less labor the cheaper it will be.
Once you give us a call, you can let us know what needs maintenance and we will finalize pricing before any services are initiated. After you contact us, we will head over to your home to inspect what needs maintenance. Once we leave, an email will be sent showing the final cost. Once received, you will provide us with your decision via email. If accepted, it will give us the green light to proceed with the work.
Note: Maintenance work is entirely different from our 1-year warranty on labor. When it comes to maintenance, it is to prevent damage and promote longevity before any wear and tear occurs. Whereas the warranty is work on anything that has already been broken.
Does It Still Seem Unclear?
If it is still not crystal clear on the difference between our maintenance work and warranty please give us a call. We are here around the clock to assist you with clarification and construction.
